At Aisiri Silks, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as
seamless as possible. Please read through our shipping policy below to
understand how we handle shipping for your orders.
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier
companies only. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA

Aisiri Silks ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

ORDER DISPATCH

Aisiri Silks orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours, except Sundays and holidays. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email/WhatsApp with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

For India:

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.

Same-Day Delivery in Bangalore: Same-day delivery is available in Banglaore at extra shipping charges, using hyperlocal services like Porter or Dunzo. Please note: orders delivered via the Bangalore same-day delivery option are not eligible for returns.

Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur addtional charges if the package returns back to our warehouse. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping within India:

Aisiri Silks offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge as mentioned in cart is applicable for all COD orders within India.
